Online Booking
Tickets purchased are non-refundable. If you are unable to visit on the day booked, the ticket is valid until the 30th September.
Once purchased online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
No ticket may be resold.
Any discounts or offers online are available in limited quantities and for limited periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Ticket is valid until the 30th September 2013. Admission is guaranteed for the date purchased, although in busy periods there may be a waiting time. Ticket may be used on other days, but at busy periods there may be a waiting time.
Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
Some galleries may be closed due to safety or technical reasons.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the building.
We cannot replace your annual admission ticket once it has been issued.
We cannot accommodate large bags on site. Lockers are available on a first come first served basis for small bags.
No dogs are permitted on site except for assistance dogs on duty.
Cycle racks are available on the promenade outside the museum garden. Bicycles are left at your own risk.
Pushchairs and buggies are not allowed into the main house due to the constraints of the listed building. They may however be taken into the shop and cafe gallery.
Due to listed building restrictions the upper floor of the house is not accessible to wheelchair users. We are unable to accommodate mobility scooters.
